George E. Smith - President and Chief Executive Officer

George is thoroughly familiar with every aspect of the electrical contracting business. He came to LRECI in 1981 from Howard P. Foley Co. of Dallas.

George is thoroughly familiar with every aspect of the electrical contracting business.  He came to LRECI in 1981 from Howard P. Foley Co. of Dallas.

Willie D. Godwin - Vice President/General Superintendent

Willie heads a number of the firm’s out-of-state projects.  Employed by Little Rock Electrical Contractors since 1982, Godwin is a master electrician with more than 40 years in the electrical contracting business. 

"Mike" ( Michelene) Smith  - Chief Financial Officer and LRECI Secretary/Treasurer

“Mike” joined LRECI in 1986.  Her experience includes working as a salesperson, estimator, and office manager with an electrical manufacturer’s representative.

Randy Smith - Vice President/Estimator/Project Manger

Randy started with Little Rock Electrical in 1993.  He has 12 years of experience estimating and project management  He handles correspondence with general contractors and owners for current and future work projects.

Dean Wallace - Vice President/Master Electrician/General Superintendent

Dean has been with Little Rock Electrical Contractors since 1988.  He has over 20 years of experience in the electrical field.  He has a Masters License in various states and an Associates degree in Electronics.

Barry Henderson - Project Manager

Barry joined Little Rock Electrical in July of 2007.  He has over 25 years of experience in the electrical business including owning his own Electrical business JBL Electric.  He has had a masters license in the state of Arkansas since 1990.  He is a certified teacher with the National Construction Education Foundation.  He is experienced in residential, commercial and industrial projects. 

Mike Rogalla - Estimator

Mike Rogalla has 20 years of Electrical Experience.  He joined Little Rock Electrical in 1992 in the service department working on various projects and serving as the Foreman on site for many in state projects.  In 2004 he was promoted to Service Department Manager and in April of 2006 he was promoted to Estimator.

Chris Ison - Project Manager

Chris Ison joined Little Rock Electrical in January of 2006 from P. Allen Smith and Associates. He is currently seeking a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and will graduate in December 2007. Since his tenure at Little Rock Electrical, Chris has managed a variety of commercial and industry projects ranging from small tenant finish outs to multi-million dollar developments.

Phil Work - General Superintendent

Phil has over 12 years of experience in the electrical field from residential to industrial.  He joined Little Rock Electrical in 2004 from The Industrial Company in Steamboat Springs, CO.

Rick Milburn - Purchasing Agent

Rick has 21 years experience in the service industry and came to Little Rock Electrical in 2004 from Coca Cola Co.  He has many years of experience working with suppliers from all over the US.

Lynn Russell - 24 Hour Service Department and Little Rock Projects

Lynn has over 25 years experience in the electrical business, serving as marketing representative and specializing in lighting and switchgear layouts in both commercial and industrial applications.

Denise Stephenson - Company Officer and Receivables Manager

Denise has been with Little Rock Electrical since January of 2000 and handles all receivables for the company.  She also monitors company expenses and assists Mike Smith with various other projects.

Leah Shamhart - Administrative Assistant

Leah started with Little Rock Electrical in October of 2005 and has been a tremendous asset to our office.  She is responsible for coding payable invoices and distributing for approval.  She maintains job and payable files and directs incoming calls from the switchboard.

Betty Foster - Office Manager

Betty Foster is our Office Manager and started with LRECI in 1997.  She also handles job cost reports and special projects for Payables and Receivables.  She received her Bachelor Degree from University of Missouri Columbia.  Her background includes 7 years in sales and 14 years in purchasing.
